“My sessions were absolutely amazing! Before my sessions, I was self destructive, people pleasing and worried more about what others thought than what I thought. Through our conversations and energy work, I learned to speak my truth and learned techniques to control my emotions and ask myself why I was feeling those feelings. There was a lot of deep work and I learned so much about myself through this work. My throat felt like there was a tickle in there most of the time before I started my sessions. Once the eight sessions were completed, my throat was clear and my constant cough was no longer an issue. When I do get a cough or a tickle, I pause and think about what it is I feel I need to say. I get it out either by journaling or talking to the person I need to. Once the feelings are out, my cough or tickle go away. This is absolutely amazing since I have had this for so many years.
